Take Note Win ‘Best Support Services’ at the MRS Oppies
We’re chuffed to bits that we’ve been named the ‘Best Support Services’ at the 2021 MRS Operations Awards – affectionately known as the Oppies!
If you’re not familiar with the awards, they’re annual honours designed to celebrate the operations professionals providing solutions to the Market Research sector, hosted by the Market Research Society (MRS) here in the UK.
We were incredibly pleased to gain finalist status in the hotly contested ‘Best Support Services’ category alongside other worthy entrants. And, super-proud to have topped the group to be crowned winners.
What the judges said…
“Take Note continue to evaluate their service offering via annual surveys with clients. They have clearly listened and put product innovation at the heart of their strategy to develop new services in line with evolving client requirements. One example is the investment they have made in developing a unique easy-to-use online portal, which enables a controlled and encrypted environment, putting security and confidentiality at the forefront of their offer.”
It’s wonderful that our commitment to the Market Research sector and dedication to providing the highest quality service has been recognised. We are constantly reviewing our offer to ensure it’s the best it can be. Our emphasis on security & confidentiality is a reflection of the vital importance our clients place on keeping their data, their clients’ information and participants details safe.
Our product innovation was highlighted but we believe it’s the combination of our technology and customer service that sets us apart and keeps our customers coming back (at least that’s what they tell us!). This year we’ve been consistently hitting an NPS of at least +80.
It’s obviously been a tough couple of years for so many, and the awards also gave particular focus to so many superb suppliers who were able to respond to the pandemic, while keeping staff and participants safe.
You can read the full list of winners on the MRS website.
Unfortunately, there wasn’t a glamourous event to get all dressed up for, but we’ll find our own way to celebrate. Besides, there’s always next year!
