Take Note Ltd has joined the Verbit Group! 

For accounts created before 14th October 2022, the prior Take Note Terms & Conditions shall apply. 

For accounts created on or after 14th October 2022, Verbit's standard terms of use shall apply; provided that invoices shall be payable 30 days after the invoice date, and overdue invoices shall bear interest at the rate of 4% per annum over the Bank of England base rate (except where the base rate is 0%, in which case interest shall accrue at the rate of 4% per annum).
